9. Register your company with the local Registry Office

You can either：

・register yourself

・ask a shiho-shoshi lawyer (solicitor) to register your company on your behalf.

You will receive a certificate of registration. This confirms that the company legally exists and shows the company name, address, amount of capital, representative director’s/member's name and home address, and other information.
